ust entire surface of cooled cheesecake with cocoa powder using a wire mesh strainer. For a festive Valentine’s Day garnish, create a heart-shaped
design by topping dusted cheesecake with a heart-shaped stencil and
sprinkling with powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh strawberries and
raspberries just before serving.

| 18 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups) |
| 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted |
| 3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened |
| 3/4 cup sugar |
| 1 tsp. vanilla |
| 1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted, cooled slightly |
| 3 eggs |

PREHEAT oven
to 325°F if using a silver 9-inch springform pan (or to 300°F if using
a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan). Mix cookie crumbs and butter;
press firmly onto bottom of pan. |
BEAT cream
cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium
speed until well blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1
at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.
Pour over crust. |
BAKE 55
min. to 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal
spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of
pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in
refrigerator. |

If you are not a cherry pie fan, switch it up with blueberry filling. Feel free to garnish with fresh fruit or additional filling.

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.) |

| MIX cream cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. |
| ADD pie filling. Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect. |
POUR into
crust; spread with remaining whipped topping. Freeze at least 3 hours
or overnight. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 8 slices. |

| MIX cream cheese and jam in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in whipped topping. |
| SPOON 1/4 cup strawberries into each of two parfait or dessert glasses. |
| TOP with the cream cheese mixture. |

Hello perfect Valentine’s Day recipe! substituting dried oregano leaves for the thyme leaves. The topping combinations are endless!

refrigerated soft breadsticks |

KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese |

dried thyme leaves, crushed |

PREHEAT oven
to 350°F. Separate breadstick dough into 12 pieces. Twist 2 pieces
together; form into heart shape on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining
dough pieces to make a total of 6 hearts. |
| SPRINKLE evenly with cheese and thyme. |
| BAKE 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm. |
