Carrot Cake with Philadelphia Cream Cheese

My all-time favorite dessert is carrot cake, hands down.
Something about the spice in the cake and the creamy sweetness of the cream
cheese frosting drives me crazy, and one thing is certain a carrot cake is
definitely not complete without Philadelphia
cream cheese frosting! Try using the pineapple flavor cream cheese instead of
the original, and top with shredded coconut for a truly tropical variation.

Best Flavor Combinations!

Flavor_Combos.jpg

So many flavors, so many combinations! This can best describe the
mountain of possibilities of Philadelphia Cream Cheeses. Here are some of the best flavor combinations for
each flavor.

Original -
Probably the one flavor that seriously can be combined with anything for a
tasty snack or meal is Original. From onion to cinnamon raisin bagels, to chili
or fruit dips. A really awesome combo is the original flavor with cranberry
sauce on a turkey sandwich. Personally, nothing
beats a toasted plain bagel with Philly Original spread across it. Classic!

Strawberry,
Raspberry, Blueberry-
all taste great with a blueberry, cinnamon raisin,
wheat, honey oat, or my favorite, a chocolate chip bagel. They also taste great
with graham crackers, honey, and fresh berries. The Raspberry flavor especially
tastes great on top of a chocolate brownie.
