If you enjoy seafood you definitely should give this Crabmeat spread a try.
1 pkg.
(8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup
KRAFT Cocktail Sauce
1 pkg.
(8 oz.) imitation crabmeat
SPREAD cream cheese on serving plate.
POUR cocktail sauce over cream cheese; top with imitation crabmeat.
SERVE with assorted NABISCO Crackers or cocktail rye bread slices.

Fantastic recipe for a Fabulous Tiramisu
2 pkg.
(3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split, divided
2 Tbsp.
MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
2 pkg.
(8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp.
almond-flavored liqueur or brandy
2 cups
thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
1 tsp.
unsweetened cocoa powder
ARRANGE 1 pkg.
of the ladyfingers on bottom of 13×9-inch dish. Dissolve instant coffee
and 1 Tbsp. sugar in boiling water. Brush 1/2 cup of the coffee mixture
over ladyfingers in dish.
BEAT cream cheese with
electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sugar and
liqueur, mixing until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
SPREAD one half of the
cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Top with remaining ladyfingers;
brush with remaining coffee. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture over
ladyfingers. Dust with cocoa. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Serve this cheese spread on special occasions with whole wheat crackers, or pita chips.
2 pkg.
(8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg.
(8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp.
finely chopped onions
1 Tbsp.
chopped red bell peppers
2 tsp.
Worcestershire sauce
Dash
ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 cup
chopped PLANTERS Pecans
BEAT cream cheese and Cheddar cheese in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
MIX in all remaining ingredients except pecans; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
SHAPE into ball; roll in pecans. Serve with assorted NABISCO Crackers.

A tasty Peanut Butter & Fudge Swirl Pie.
Cut in some of the fudge about halfway through spooning in the peanut butter mixture, and it makes it much easier.
1 pkg.
(8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup
creamy peanut butter
2 cups
thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1/4 cup
hot fudge ice cream topping
BEAT cream
cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with electric mixer on
medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping until
well blended.
SPOON into crust; drizzle with fudge topping. Swirl knife through cream cheese mixture several times for marble effect.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

This
works wonderfully in a crock pot! Just stir to blend, with your pot set
on ‘Low’, and sprinkle on the tomato/ onion garnish before serving. You can even quadruple this recipe with no trouble!
1 pkg.
(8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 can
(15 oz.) chili, any variety
1 cup
KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1-1/2 cups
chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup
sliced green onions
SPREAD cream
cheese onto bottom and up side of 9-inch microwaveable pie plate or
quiche dish. Spread chili over cream cheese; sprinkle with Cheddar
cheese.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 3 min. or until dip is heated through and Cheddar cheese is melted.
TOP with tomatoes and onions Serve hot with tortilla chips or NABISCO Crackers.

This easy, no bake cream cheese pie tastes very decadent.

(8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp.
GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL Suisse Mocha
1 tub
(8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
BEAT cream
cheese in medium bowl until creamy. Gradually add sugar, mixing until
well blended. Stir in milk. Remove 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture;
place in small bowl. Stir in flavored instant coffee mix. Drizzle 1
Tbsp. of the coffee-flavored cream cheese mixture onto bottom of crust.
Set remaining flavored cream cheese mixture aside.
STIR whipped topping
gently into remaining plain cream cheese mixture, stirring just until
marbleized. Spoon into crust. Drizzle with remaining coffee-flavored
cream cheese mixture. Swirl knife gently through mixtures several times
for marble effect.
REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until set. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

This cream cheese frosting is perfect for birthday cakes and cupcakes. Feel free to replace the lemon juice with
strawberry extract to taste and red food coloring or whatever color you want!

1/2 cup
(1 stick) butter, softened
1 pkg.
(8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
Few drops yellow food coloring
BEAT butter and cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
ADD sugar gradually, beating after each addition until light and fluffy.
BLEND in lemon juice. Add food coloring; beat until evenly tinted.
