Need something to take to that office Christmas party? Have to come with something in hand to your neighbors holiday night? Need a tasty treat for your coworkers? Problem solved, all you need is cheesecake. Grace them with festive gel paste decorations and you’re good to go. One holiday dilemma solved. That was easy.
Holiday Cheesecake Squares
Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 3 hr 40 min
Makes: 32 servings, one bar each
Nutritional Information
1-1/2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
Colored sprinkles
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix crumbs, butter and 3 Tbsp. sugar; press firmly onto bottom of 13×9-inch baking pan.
BEAT cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE 30 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut into 32 bars. Decorate with gels and sprinkles to resemble “presents.” Store leftover bars in refrigerator.

You’ve got a lot of cheese options to consider this holiday season. I always go for a nice cheese appetizer- a cheese ball in some form. Delicious? Yes! Of course!

Holiday Cheese Truffles- Forget the chocolate, go cheese!
Prep Time: 15 min
Total Time: 4 hr 15 min
Makes: Makes 4 doz. truffles or 24 servings, two truffles and 5 crackers each.
Nutritional Information
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/4 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1-2/3 cups PLANTERS Chopped Pecans
SOCIABLES Savory Crackers
BEAT cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic powder and ground red pepper with electric mixer until blended. Divide in half. Add roasted peppers to half and onions to other half; mix each until blended.
REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.
SHAPE into 24 (1-inch) balls. Roll in pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Pinecone Cheese Spread- Cone shaped cheese with crackers? What could go wrong?

Total Time: 2 hr 35 min
Makes: 2 cups spread or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 5 crackers each
Nutritional Information
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. canned chopped green chiles
1/3 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
RITZ Crackers
PLACE cream cheese, shredded cheese and mustard in food processor or blender; cover. Process until well blended. Stir in chilies.
PLACE on sheet of waxed paper; shape into 4-inch oval to resemble a pinecone. Insert almonds in rows to completely cover cream cheese mixture. Place on serving plate; cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 2 hours or up to 5 days. Let stand at room temperature 15 min. before serving with the crackers.
