1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1/4 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
Instructions
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Whisk in COOL WHIP.
SPOON into crust. Drizzle with fudge topping; swirl gently with knife.
REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm.

2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. tandoori paste
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 12 pieces
Instructions
MIX cream cheese and tandoori paste in medium bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
HEAT broiler. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Thread chicken onto 4 skewers; brush with reserved marinade. Place on rack of broiler pan.
BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, turning after 5 min.

25 NABISCO Ginger Snaps, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar, divided
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Dash ground cloves
Instructions
HEAT oven to 325°F
MIX crumbs, nuts and butter; press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of 13×9-inch pan.
BEAT cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended. Remove 1-1/2 cups batter. Stir remaining sugar, pumpkin and spices into remaining batter.
SPOON half the pumpkin batter into crust; top with spoonfuls of half the plain batter. Repeat layers; swirl with knife.
BAKE 45 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.

4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Instructions
COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 min. or until tender.
MEANWHILE, mix cream cheese, sour cream and Parmesan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
DRAIN potatoes. Cool slightly. Cut in half, then cut small piece from rounded bottom of each. Place, bottom-sides down, on platter; top with cream cheese mixture, bacon and chives.

20 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 2-1/4 cups)
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

1 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
4 eggs
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
Instructions
HEAT oven to 325°F.
LINE 13×9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of pan.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours. Use foil handles to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting to serve. Top with pie filling.

COOK pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water the last 2 min.
MEANWHILE, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is well blended and heated through.
DRAIN pasta mixture; place in large bowl. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly.

2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided
6 RITZ Crackers, finely crushed
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
2 tsp. oil
1/3 cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
3/4 lb. asparagus spears, trimmed, steamed
Instructions
COOK rice as directed on package, using 1-1/4 cups of the broth and 1/2 cup water.
MEANWHILE, mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan on plate. Rinse chicken with cold water; gently shake off excess. Dip chicken in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast. Discard any remaining crumb mixture.
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm. Add remaining broth and cream cheese to skillet; bring just to boil, stirring constantly. Cook 3 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently; spoon over chicken. Serve with rice and asparagus.
