2cupsbaby spinach leaves
Instructions
Cook pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, heat skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 8 min. or until lightly browned. Add broth and cream cheese spread; mix well. Add spinach; cook just until wilted.
Drain pasta; toss with sauce. Season with fresh ground black pepper.

Does your child enjoy sweet potatoes, but not fond of carrots? This Roasted Sweet Potato & Carrot Puree is for you. Add more veggies to the mix by preparing with vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
Ingredients
1lb.sweet potatoes (about 3), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
8carrots (about 1 lb.), peeled, cut into 1/2-inch slices
3Tbsp.olive oil
2Tbsp.brown sugar
1tsp.salt
1-1/2cupschicken broth, divided
4oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.)PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients; spread onto bottom of 15x10x1-inch pan. Pour 1 cup broth over vegetable mixture.
Bake 45 to 55 min. or until broth is absorbed and vegetables are tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
Spoon vegetables into food processor. Add remaining broth and cream cheese; process until smooth. Return to pan; cook 10 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.

Ingredients
3cupsBAKER’S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
3oz.PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2Tbsp.milk
2cupssiftedpowdered sugar
2squaresBAKER’S Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
1/4tsp.vanilla
1/8tsp.salt
3cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
Instructions
Place coconut in shallow dish or pie plate; set aside. Beat cream cheese and milk in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended after each addition. Add chocolate, vanilla and salt; mix well. Gently stir in marshmallows.
Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture into coconut; toss gently until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet.
Refrigerate several hours or until firm.

Instructions
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add gelatin to cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate 30 min.

3kiwis, peeled, sliced

1pineapple, quartered, sliced
1pomegranate, seeded
1 pkg.(8 oz.)KRAFT Cheddar Cheese, sliced, or KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Cubes

Instructions
Crush cereal in a resealable plastic bag; empty onto large plate. Shape cream cheese on a piece of plastic wrap into a log, using the plastic wrap to help shape the log. Roll cream cheese in the cereal until evenly coated.
Place cream cheese log on serving platter. Surround with fruit; sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Serve with Cheddar cheese and crackers.

Ingredients
2/3 cupboilingwater
1pkg. (4-serving size)JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
18OREO Cookies, crushed
1/4cup(1/2 stick)butter, melted
1pkg. (8 oz.)PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2-1/2cups thawedCOOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
3cups small strawberries, sliced, divided
Instructions
Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in small bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool 5 min., stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13×9-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add gelatin, beating well after each addition. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups each of the whipped topping and strawberries. Spoon over crust.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Cover with remaining whipped topping. Serve topped with the remaining strawberries. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

Ingredients
1 pkg.(8 oz.)PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened, divided
1 can(8 oz.)crushed pineapple, drained
2cupsthawedCOOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
2Tbsp.powdered sugar
1Tbsp.lime zest
2tsp.rum
1/2cup choppedPLANTERS Macadamias
1/2cupBAKER’S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
1kiwi, chopped
2 or 3mint leaves
Instructions
Beat 4 oz. cream cheese, pineapple and 1 cup COOL WHIP with whisk until well blended; spread onto bottom of pie plate. Mix remaining cream cheese, powdered sugar and lime zest; spread over pineapple layer.
Mix remaining COOL WHIP and rum; spread over lime layer. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Top with nuts, coconut, kiwi and mint. Serve with NILLA Wafers.

One serving of this Silky Chocolate Cheesecake is full of chocolaty flavor. With an OREO Cookie crust and a drizzle of chocolate as the topping, this cheesecake will surely go fast.
Ingredients
21OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
2Tbsp.sugar
1/3cupbutter or margarine, melted
2pkg.(4 oz. each)BAKER’S GERMAN’S Sweet Chocolate, divided
2eggs
2/3cuplight corn syrup
1/3cupwhipping cream
1-1/2tsp.vanilla
2pkg.(8 oz. each)PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
Instructions
Mix cookie crumbs, sugar and butter until well blended; press onto bottom and 1-1/2 inches up side of 9-inch springform pan. Microwave 6 chocolate squares in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until melted, stirring after each minute.
Blend next 4 ingredients in blender until smooth. With blender running, gradually add cream cheese through opening at top of blender, blending until smooth. Blend in melted chocolate. Pour into crust.
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours. When ready to serve cheesecake, melt remaining chocolate squares; drizzle over cheesecake.
