Brunches are one of my favorite weekend events I look forward to. A variety of omelets and styles of eggs, an assortment of meats, and different types of breads are just some of the things that make my brunches memorable. Combine those same elements together to make this delicious Bacon Chive Brunchwich. If you don’t have time to mingle with your friends, just grab this sandwich to-go!
