Ingredients
1-3/4 cups milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Cook & Serve Pudding
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed, softened
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Instructions
ADD milk to dry pudding mix in medium saucepan; beat with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in lemon peel. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
ADD cream cheese, one piece at a time, beating until well blended after each addition. Pour evenly into 8 oven-proof dessert cups. Refrigerate 2 hours or until completely cooled. (Pudding thickens as it cools.)
PREHEAT broiler. Sprinkle each cup evenly with brown sugar. Broil, 3 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until sugar is melted and golden brown.
