I love this recipe for several reasons. I love PHILLY Cream Cheese (of course) and I love JELL-O! Not only does this recipe combine these two delicious flavors to make a great Halloween dessert, but it also does it in the cutest way! The crushed chocolate FAMOUS Wafers give this dessert just the right “graveyard” effect.

35 FAMOUS Chocolate Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-3/4 cups), divided
1/4 cup sugar
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 pkg. (4 serving size each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
3 CAMEO Creme Sandwich Cookies
decorating icings or gels
10 candy corn
3 pumpkin candies
Instructions
MIX 1-1/2 cups of the wafer crumbs, sugar and butter in 13×9-inch pan. Press firmly onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl until well blended. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust.
STIR boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Spoon slightly thickened gelatin over cream cheese layer.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm.
SPREAD remaining whipped topping over gelatin just before serving. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup wafer crumbs over whipped topping. Decorate sandwich cookies with icings to make “tombstones.” Stand tombstones on top of dessert with candies to resemble a graveyard. Cut into 15 squares. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

24 JET-PUFFED BOOMALLOWS Marshmallows
Instructions
SPLIT cookies, leaving filling on one side of each cookie. Coarsely chop plain split cookies. Set aside split cookies with filling for garnish.
PREPARE cake mix as directed on package; gently stir in chopped cookies. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin pans.
BAKE as directed on package. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
SPREAD cupcakes with frosting. Immediately sprinkle with coconut.
DECORATE orange filling on split cookies with black decorating gel to resemble pumpkin faces; let dry. Stand 1 pumpkin face on edge in frosting on each cupcake. Top cupcakes with marshmallows.

2-2/3 cups cold milk

MIX Crust Mix and butter in 13×9-inch pan until crumbs are well moistened. Press firmly onto bottom of pan.
BEAT milk and Filling Mix in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed 3 minutes. (Filling will be thick.) Gently stir in Crushed Cookies until well blended. Spread filling mixture over crust. Garnish with decorating gels and candies to create “spider web” and “spider.”
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour until set. Cut into 12 squares. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Pecans (optional)
1 jar (7 oz.) JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1 square BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
Instructions
LINE 13×9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan to form handles. Grease foil.
MICROWAVE unsweetened chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and nuts; mix well. Spread into prepared pan.
BAKE at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Immediately drop marshmallow creme by spoonfuls over hot brownies; spread evenly over top of brownies. Cool in pan. Lift out of pan onto cutting board using foil handles. Remove foil. Place on serving tray. Drizzle melted chocolate over marshmallow creme to create a spider web design. Cut into 32 brownies just before serving.
BEAT pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in 3 cups COOL WHIP and half the cookie crumbs. Spread into 13×9-inch dish; sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Meanwhile, decorate creme sandwich cookies with decorating gel to resemble tombstones.
INSERT decorated cookies into top of dessert just before serving. Add candies. Drop large spoonfuls of remaining COOL WHIP onto dessert to resemble ghosts.

16 Halloween OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, divided
1 pkg. (19.5 oz.) brownie mix
1-1/4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
White decorating icing and assorted Halloween candies (worm-shaped chewy fruit snacks or bugs)
Instructions
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Chop 8 of the cookies; set aside.
PREPARE brownie mix as directed on package; spread batter into greased 14-inch pizza pan. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until done.
SPRINKLE marshmallows over top of hot brownie; bake an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned. Immediately sprinkle chopped cookies over marshmallows. Cool on wire rack.
DECORATE remaining 8 cookies with white decorating icing to resemble tombstones. Stand “tombstones” around pizza, pressing gently into brownie. Decorate with assorted candies.
Some of my fondest memories of trick or treating were the special treats that my neighbors would give me. These Trick or Treat Banana Pops remind me of those great memories! 12 wooden pop sticks
1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/3 cup butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles

CUT bananas in half crosswise. Insert pop stick into cut end of each banana half. Place on tray; cover. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
MICROWAVE chocolate and butter in small microwavable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into tall glass.
DIP frozen bananas into chocolate mixture, turning to evenly coat. Immediately roll in sprinkles. Place on wax paper-covered tray. Serve immediately. Cover leftover pops and store in freezer.

SPLIT 17 of the cookies, leaving filling on one side of each cookie. Finely crush the 17 split cookies without the filling. Place in medium bowl. Add butter; mix well. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Stand 15 of the split cookies with filling around side of pan, alternating filling sides facing in and out.
SPREAD chocolate ice cream evenly over crust. Chop remaining 5 cookies; stir into vanilla ice cream. Spread over chocolate layer. Cover; freeze 3 hours or until firm.
RUN knife or metal spatula around side of pan to loosen dessert; remove side of pan. Spread or pipe whipped topping onto top of dessert. Using colored decorating gels, make pumpkin faces on orange filling on the split cookies around side of dessert and 2 remaining split cookies. Decorate as desired to resemble pumpkin patch with assorted candies and remaining split cookies. Serve immediately.
Halloween is meant to be full of tricks and treats, but for me, it’s more about treating myself to some tasty sweets. These Easy Ghost Cookies are amazingly fun to make and best of all, easy! The ghost’s “body” is made out of NUTTER BUTTER Cookies covered with melted white chocolate. These cookies are cute and of course, delicious!
