<p>1 lb. Whole wheat linguine, uncooked<br />
1 pkg. (10 oz.) baby spinach leaves<br />
1 Red pepper, thinly sliced<br />
1 Yellow pepper, thinly sliced<br />
1 jar (8 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained<br />
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Garden Vegetable 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese<br />
1/2 cup Milk<br />
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil<br />
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese</p>
<p>Instructions</p>
<p><strong>COOK </strong>pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding spinach, peppers and mushrooms for the last 5 min. Drain in colander.</p>
<p><strong>MEANWHILE</strong>, cook cream cheese and milk in same saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.</p>
<p><strong>RETURN</strong> pasta mixture to pan. Add basil; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.</p>

Just cover with heavy-duty foil and freeze up to 1 month. Whenever you&#8217;re ready to serve, thaw overnight in the fridge. Bake the potatoes covered for 1 hour or until heated through.  Don&#8217;t forget to uncover for the last 10 min of baking. Sprinkle with bacon and onions and serve!</p>

1 cup BREAKSTONE&#8217;S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream<br />
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese<br />
2 tsp. Onion powder<br />
1 slice OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled<br />
2 Green onions, sliced</p>
<p>Instructions</p>
<p><strong>COOK </strong>potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 10 to 15 min. or until tender; drain. Place potatoes in large bowl. Add sour cream, reduced-fat cream cheese and onion powder; mash until creamy.</p>
<p><strong>SPOON</strong> into lightly greased 2-qt. casserole; cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Remove from refrigerator 30 min. before baking. Discard plastic wrap.</p>
<p><strong>HEAT</strong> oven to 350°F. Bake potatoes 1 hour or until heated through. Sprinkle with bacon and onions.</p>

<p><strong>MIX </strong>spinach, parsley, water, onions and tarragon in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 1 min.; drain.</p>
<p><strong>PLACE</strong> spinach mixture in blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients; cover. Blend until smooth. Place in serving bowl; cover.</p>
<p><strong>REFRIGERATE</strong> several hours or overnight. Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetable dippers.</p>

<p><strong>PREHEAT</strong>  oven to 375°F. Mix rice and water; spoon evenly onto center of each of 4 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Top evenly with half of the fish. Cover with the spinach, cream cheese spread and remaining fish pieces. Drizzle each with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing.</p>
<p><strong>BRING</strong>  up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place foil packets in single layer in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.</p>

1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin<br />
1/2 cup cold water<br />
2 cups sliced strawberries<br />
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided</p>
<p>Instructions</p>
<p><strong>BEAT</strong> cream cheese and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.</p>
<p><strong>ADD</strong> boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add cold water; stir until slightly thickened. Gradually add to cream cheese mixture, beating after each addition until well blended. Gently stir in berries and 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.</p>
<p><strong>SPOON</strong> into 10 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.</p>

Have you ever wanted to make your own sushi?  Well these Smoked Salmon &#8220;Sushi&#8221; Toppers are a great way to get practice.  Surprise everyone with these stunning &#8220;sushi&#8221; toppers as they await the main course.</p>
<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>2 slices smoked salmon (1 oz.)<br />
1 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Sundried Tomato and Basil Cream Cheese Spread, divided<br />
3 small spinach leaves<br />
2 thin red pepper strips<br />
2 thin cucumber strips<br />
12 TRISCUIT Crackers</p>
<p>Instructions</p>
<p><strong>STACK </strong>salmon slices to form 6&#215;4-inch rectangle, with slices slightly overlapping. Spread with 2 tsp. of the cream cheese spread; cover with spinach. Carefully spread remaining cream cheese onto spinach.</p>
<p><strong>ARRANGE</strong> peppers and cucumbers along 1 long side of salmon. Starting from topped edge, roll up salmon, jelly-roll fashion, to make log. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm enough to slice.</p>
<p><strong>CUT</strong> roll-up into 12 slices. Place on crackers just before serving.</p>

<p>Ingredients</p>
<p>1 pkt. SHAKE &#8216;N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix<br />
1 tsp. chipotle chili pepper powder<br />
8 boneless pork chops (2 lb.)<br />
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 5 cups)<br />
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed<br />
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped<br />
4 green onions, chopped</p>
<p>Instructions</p>
<p><strong>PREHEAT </strong>oven to 400ºF. Combine coating mix and chipotle powder in shaker bag. Use to coat chops as directed on package. Place in 15x10x1-inch foil-lined baking pan.</p>
<p><strong>BAKE</strong> 15 min. or until cooked through (160ºF). Meanwhile, cook cauliflower in boiling water in large saucepan 6 to 8 min. or until tender; drain well. Return to saucepan. Mash with hand potato masher until smooth. Add cream cheese and garlic; stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.</p>
<p><strong>SPOON</strong> 1/2 cup of the cauliflower mixture onto each of eight serving plates; top with one of the chops. Sprinkle with onions.</p>
