If you’re experiencing a snowy winter enjoy the seasonal landscape while it lasts! Before you know it, the sun will melt all the snow away. For a treat to remind you of cheerful snowmen long after the snow melts, try this Snowman Cheese Ball. This recipe is also the perfect addition to a fun, snow-themed party!
1 container (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives or green onions
1/4 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) or to taste
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
peppercorns
1 baby carrot
Instructions
MIX cream cheese spread, Cheddar cheese, chives, almonds and red pepper until well blended; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour.
DIVIDE mixture into 3 different-sized balls (1 small, 1 medium and 1 large). Coat with Parmesan cheese. Arrange on serving platter in a line to resemble a snowman lying down. (Largest ball should be at bottom of serving plate for base of snowman. Smallest ball should be at the top for head of snowman.) Decorate with peppercorns for the eyes and mouth. Add carrot for the nose.
SERVE with NABISCO Crackers and cut-up fresh vegetable dippers, such as carrot sticks and celery sticks.

3/4 cup spaghetti sauce
1 pitted black olive, cut lengthwise in half

Instructions
MIX first 3 ingredients; stir in 2 Tbsp. Alfredo sauce. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with spaghetti sauce.
SPOON remaining Alfredo sauce into resealable plastic bag. Cut small corner off bottom; drizzle in spiral design over spaghetti sauce. Pull toothpick through sauce to resemble spider web.
BAKE 20 min. Add 1 olive half for the spider’s body. Cut remaining olive half for the spider’s legs. Serve with crackers.

5 chocolate-covered cookie sticks
10 candy-coated chocolate pieces
Instructions
BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Add chocolate, sugar and vanilla; mix just until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover. Refrigerate 30 min.
TRIM rounded tops off cakes. Place 2 of the cakes, side-by-side, on parchment-covered wire racks. Spread lightly with small amount of the cream cheese mixture. Stand remaining cake on one of the short ends; cut diagonally in half to make two triangles. Place triangles on iced cakes in shape of pyramid to resemble roof as shown in photo. Spread entire cake with remaining cream cheese mixture. Transfer cake to serving platter.
PRESS chocolate chip cookies onto roof to resemble roof tiles. Press chocolate-covered cookie sticks onto side of house for the door and top of house for the chimney. Decorate with chocolate pieces as desired. Store in refrigerator.

2 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 pkg. (4 serving size each) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
ice cubes
1/2 cup cold water
3 CAMEO Creme Sandwich Cookies
decorating icings or gels
10 candy corn
3 pumpkin candies

MIX 1-1/2 cups of the wafer crumbs, sugar and butter in 13×9-inch pan. Press firmly onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.
BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl until well blended. Gently stir in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust.
STIR boiling water into gelatin in medium bowl 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1-1/2 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Spoon slightly thickened gelatin over cream cheese layer.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until firm.
SPREAD remaining whipped topping over gelatin just before serving. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup wafer crumbs over whipped topping. Decorate sandwich cookies with icings to make “tombstones.” Stand tombstones on top of dessert with candies to resemble a graveyard. Cut into 15 squares. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.

24 JET-PUFFED BOOMALLOWS Marshmallows
Instructions
SPLIT cookies, leaving filling on one side of each cookie. Coarsely chop plain split cookies. Set aside split cookies with filling for garnish.
PREPARE cake mix as directed on package; gently stir in chopped cookies. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin pans.
BAKE as directed on package. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
SPREAD cupcakes with frosting. Immediately sprinkle with coconut.
DECORATE orange filling on split cookies with black decorating gel to resemble pumpkin faces; let dry. Stand 1 pumpkin face on edge in frosting on each cupcake. Top cupcakes with marshmallows.
