“Wow” the kids with these remarkable Watermelon Pops. This is a fun summer time treat to keep the kids cool while playing, at a pool party, or birthday party. Don’t forget to save a serving for yourself!

Nutritional Information
Ingredients
1 cup Sugar, divided
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
2 cups boiling water, divided
Ice cubes
1 cup cold water, divided
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
3 Tbsp. Miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
Instructions
MIX 1/3 cup sugar and lime gelatin mix in medium bowl. Add 1 cup boiling water; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add enough ice to 1/2 cup cold water to measure 3/4 cup. Add to lime gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Refrigerate 25 min.
MEANWHILE, repeat Step 1 using strawberry gelatin mix and omitting the refrigeration step. Pour into 16 (3-oz.) paper cups. Freeze 20 min. Stir 1/2 tsp. chocolate chips into gelatin in each cup.
BEAT cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over gelatin in cups.
POUR lime gelatin over cream cheese mixture. Insert wooden pop stick into gelatin in center of each cup. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove pops from cups just before serving.

Instructions
MIX cream cheese spread and raisins; spread onto tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.
SPRINKLE with nuts.
PLACE strawberries down center of tortilla; roll up tightly.

1 slice whole wheat bread

3 slices tomato
1 slice white bread
Instructions
SPREAD wheat bread with cream cheese spread; top with turkey, tomatoes and white bread.
CUT sandwich into 3 horizontal strips, then 3 vertical strips to make 9 squares. Turn 4 or 5 of the squares upside down.
ARRANGE squares on plate, alternating colors as needed to resemble a checkerboard.

Enjoy a little twist on ice cream sandwiches by preparing these Pudding Grahamwiches. Bring the kids into the kitchen to help create these cool delicious treats by allowing them to spread the cream cheese mixture onto the graham crackers. Remember to let the treats firm in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Instant Pudding, any flavor
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
20 whole HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise into squares (40 squares)
Instructions
BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add milk, beating until well blended. Add pudding mix; beat 2 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping.
SPOON about 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture onto each of 20 graham squares; top with remaining graham squares to form sandwiches. Wrap each sandwich individually in plastic wrap.
FREEZE at least 4 hours or until firm.

If you do not need to make 42 wafers, the extra pudding mixture and wafers can easily be layered in a glass with fresh fruit for a quick parfait.

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
1 pkg. (12 oz.) NILLA Wafers
1/2 cup mixed red, white and blue sprinkles
42 pieces red string licorice (1 inch)
Instructions
BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
SPOON about 1-1/2 Tbsp. pudding mixture onto each of half the wafers; cover with remaining wafers to make sandwiches. Freeze 2 hours or until filling is firm.
SPREAD tops of wafer sandwiches with remaining COOL WHIP. Dip in sprinkles. Insert licorice piece in top of each for the fuse. Freeze until ready to serve.

Instead of peanut butter, combine the flavors of PHILLY Cream Cheese, brown sugar, and top the celery with roasted peanuts. To easily fill stalks, spoon cream cheese mixture into resealable plastic bag. Cut one corner off bottom of bag; use to squeeze cream cheese mixture into celery as directed.
