Instructions

SPREAD wheat bread with cream cheese spread; top with turkey, tomatoes and white bread.

CUT sandwich into 3 horizontal strips, then 3 vertical strips to make 9 squares. Turn 4 or 5 of the squares upside down.

ARRANGE squares on plate, alternating colors as needed to resemble a checkerboard.

1/2 red pepper
1 slice red onion (1/4 inch thick)
2 slices each yellow squash and zucchini (1/4 inch thick)

Instructions

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

Ingredients

2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast, finely chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 can  (7.5 oz) refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)

Instructions

HEAT oven to 400°F.

MIX cream cheese, dressing and mustard in small bowl until well blended. Add turkey and mozzarella; mix well.

PRESS or roll out each biscuit to 3-1/2-inch circle; top with cream cheese mixture. Fold each in half; firmly press edges together to seal. Place on baking sheet.

BAKE 10 to 12 min. or until lightly browned. Serve warm

PHILLY Cream Cheese has so much versatility; it can be combined to make these Herbed Cream Cheese-Stuffed Lamb Burgers.  If you do not prefer ground lamb, substitute with thawed LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey.

Ingredients

4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. each chopped fresh chives and parsley
1-1/2 lb. ground lamb
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 bunch watercress, thick stems removed, separated into equal portions
4 onion sandwich rolls, split, toasted

Instructions

HEAT grill to medium heat.

MIX cream cheese and herbs until well blended. Roll into 4 balls; flatten each into disk on sheet of waxed paper. Refrigerate 15 min. or until firm.

COMBINE meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 thin patties. Place cream cheese disks on 4 patties; cover with remaining patties. Press edges together to seal.

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook about 5-6 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Serve in rolls topped with watercress.
