Great Philadelphia Cream Cheese Recipes

It was just yesterday that I was telling my mother about corned beef and how much I miss it! It seems like the only time we make corned beef is around St. Patrick’s Day. Luckily, with this Corned Beef & Swiss Appetizers recipe, I won’t have to wait that long! These are perfect for your get-togethers or for game days because each bite-sized slice of rye bread is topped with a dollop of corned beef and Swiss cheese mixture. Since this recipe is enough for about 3 dozen servings, there’s plenty for a round or two!
