Use Chive and Onion Cream Cheese for extra flavor. You can make this delectable side dish ahead of time then place in microwavable serving dish. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring after 2 min.
1 medium head of cauliflower (2 lb.), cut into florets
3 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/2 tsp. dill weed
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
COOK cauliflower in boiling water 10 min. or until tender; drain. Place in food processor container.
ADD cream cheese spread and dill weed; cover. Process until smooth.
SERVE topped with Parmesan cheese.
