Easy Cheesy Corn Bake

Share

Dishes like these are a huge help when stretching your mealtime budget. Casserole-like meal-ideas are awesome because you can mix and match vegetables with cheeses and meat! Plus, they do tend to serve a lot more. For example, this Easy Cheesy Corn Bake serves up to 12 people! For my household, that’s enough for suppertime and we can still bring the leftovers to work or school the next day for lunchtime. You can even jazz this dish up by adding 1/4 cup of finely chopped red peppers and green onions to the batter.
