1 package philly cream cheese
Blackberry jam
Whip cream cheese to soften. Add desired amount of blackberry jam and mix well. Spread on toasted bagel.
Optional: Instead of using jam you can also use jello mix, adding a desired amount of the jello powder (any flavor) to the cream cheese.

Philadelphia cream cheese…….it takes me back! Being from France years ago , many years ago my husband was part of the USForces at APO 257, a base located in France, and I was shopping at the Commissary and Delicatessen at the base, and my Mom even with the numerous french cheeses she could buy, was crazy about the Philadelphia Cream Cheese (in those days it did not come in “light”…….Smile!)
But little did I knew that when we retired from the Army we settled in the suburbs of Philadelphia (20mn from the heart of beautiful Philly). Of course I buy it, and you can also make delicious cheese cakes with any flavor for topping, …..in other words I say it is a wonderful cheese and it brings wonderful memories back to me. Go Philly, Go Philly cheese, Go Philadelphia cream cheese I adore it!!!!!!! and yes it comes in “light” too.
