I like things fluffy. From my pillows to my cheesecakes! The feeling of the cooler side of a fluffy pillow is so soothing; it’s such a great feeling on those warm summer nights. This Fluffy Cheesecake is just as cool, if not, cooler! It requires no baking and only three steps. Since the base ingredients are fairly simple, you can even put your own twist to it by adding various toppings and fruits. If you’ve been working out at the gym and want to spare a few calories, you can even save 60 calories and 7 grams of fat per serving by preparing it with PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese; COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping and a ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crust.

Nutritional Information

Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
Instructions
BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Stir in whipped topping.
SPOON into crust.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until set.

    So you can make a cheesecake that easy? Neat! I love cheesecake, especially with sliced strawberries.
