While you’re grilling those beef franks on the barbecue pit this 4th of July, save some franks to make this Beef Frank & Cream Cheese Bagel. I’m sure there will be plenty of hot dogs sizzling this weekend. What most people don’t know is that beef franks on a bagel, with PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread tastes incredible. Give this bite a surprise by substituting the sour cream with KRAFT Horseradish Sauce.

Ingredients
1 OSCAR MAYER Beef Frank
1 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread
1 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 plain bagel (4 inch), split, toasted
 
Instructions
HEAT frank as directed on package; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
COMBINE franks with all remaining ingredients except bagel; spread onto bagel.
BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 2 to 3 min. or until topping is heated through.
