My holiday celebrations are always full of variety. It’s got a little something for everyone. These Pork Burritos are for my pork fans. Whether you’re at the park waiting for the fireworks display to start, or if you are at your favorite 4th of July Day parade, these burritos are portable. Take them with you, and enjoy them while you wait.
2 medium avocados (about 1 lb.), peeled, pitted
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. chopped jalapeño pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
6 flour tortillas (6 inch), warmed
2 cups chopped or shredded cooked pork, warmed
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup salsa
|
|
MASH avocados with the cream cheese, tomato, garlic and jalapeno pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in the cilantro.
SPREAD 2 Tbsp. of the avocado mixture onto each tortilla; top with 1/3 cup of the meat and 1 Tbsp. of the cheese. Roll up, tucking in both sides of each tortilla as you roll it up.
TOP with any remaining avocado mixture and cheese. Serve with the salsa.
