    We use Philly Cream Cheese with salsa and cheese to make the best mexican dip EVER! Mix one brick with 1/4 lb velveeta cheese and 1/2 c. salsa, microwave for 1-2 minutes and dip with tortilla chips!

    Stuff wonton wrappers with a tiny scoop of Philly and some sun dried tomatoes. Top with a little butter spray and pop in the over till the cheese is warm and gooey.

    Our favorite quick way for using cream cheese in the summer is to make a fruit dip (mostly for apples) that is a combination of a bit of lemon juice, vanilla, good bit of brown sugar, and a brick of cream cheese. Yum!!

    i like to get the amaretto dip mix from a local kitchen store…you mix the mix with one philly cream cheese and then refrigerate….it goes great with graham cracker sticks!!

    My favorite “recipe” in the whole entire world is to make a devils food chocolate cake (box mix) and frost it with a Philly Cream Cheese Frosting. You must refriterate but it is to die for!

    Need: 1 box confectioners sugar, 8 oz cream cheese softened, 3/4 c. butter softened, 2 tsp. vanilla. Beat ingredients in mixer until light and fluffy.

    I use Philly Cream Cheese when I make jalapeno poppers. Take the jalapenos and slice them in half, clean out the seeds, stuff with Philly Cream Cheese, wrap half a slice of bacon around it length wise and bake in the over at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp. These are great!

    whip a block of cheese up, soft and fluffy, 1/4 cup sugar, whip it some more,,, now let it sit for about15 mins, then mix that up,while its sitting, get a large pack of INSTANT vanilla pudding mix, mix with half the amount of milk it calls for,,,, whipping creme is the best though. mix it up and add to the cheese mix. mix it thru, but not too much. take half a small tub (4oz) of cool whip (the brand matters) and FOLD this in.

    you can change it up by using flavored pudding and adding some extra extracts for flavor, but this is a great frosting. if you let it set up some, whip it some more, then use it to fill a cavity or between layers.

    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
    1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)
    1 can crushed pineapple (small or large depending on taste)
    BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in pineapple and whipped topping.
    SPOON into crust.
    REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until set. You can use additional pineapple rings or pieces to make design on top.Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

    I like to make mini bluberry tarts. I start with a mini cupcake tin,then i crumble grahm crackers with butter to make a crust on the bottom. Then spoon in the cream cheese half way up,then add the bluberry pie filling the rest of the way. Let chill for 1 hour.

    I make jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and then cook them on the grill. You have to cut off the stem and dig out most of the seeds and vein before you stuff the cream cheese in. Leave a little room at the top and then wrap in aluminum foil before grilling or baking in an upright position. Yummm!

    Love it philly cream cheese. Latest discovery. Mix one brick fat free with small package instant lemon pudding. Add milk to make creamy. You can pour into graham cracker crust and make a pie out of it or eat it plain. Great weight watchers recipe.
