These potatoes cook up light fluffy and full of garlic laced Philly flavor. For a different taste try using PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread.

4 medium red potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Roasted Garlic Light Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 cup milk

COOK potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain.

MASH potatoes with back of spoon or potato masher. Add cream cheese and milk; mix until well blended, leaving some potato pieces in chunks. Serve immediately.
