Speaking of elegance, this appetizer idea is real stylish—a definite must-have for this year’s trendy summer cocktail soirees. At first glance, I didn’t know how the turkey can so gracefully curl up to hold the spinach and cheese filling. Here’s the trick, use miniature muffin cups to mold them in place while they are being baked! The way the edges of the turkey slices are a bit toasted create a really fine presentation. These Mini Florentine Cups are sure to be the center of attention.
