Get a taste of the Far East with this Oriental Spread. Filled with cilantro, ginger, garlic and other aromatic ingredients, each bite is an experience in itself. These make a terrific addition to a warm, mid-afternoon, weekend soiree. A platter of fruit with this dish will give it an extra zing!
Prep Time: 20 min
Total Time: 1 hr 20 min
Makes: 10 servings, 1 bagel half and 2 Tbsp. spread each

| 1 tub (12 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread |
| 2/3 cup shredded carrots |
| 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts |
| 1/4 cup chopped water chestnuts |
| 1/4 cup sliced green onions |
| 4 tsp. soy sauce |
| 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1 small clove garlic, minced |
| 1/8 tsp. ground ginger |
| 5 sesame bagels, split, toasted |

| MIX all ingredients except bagels; cover. |
| REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour. |
| SPREAD onto bagels just before serving. |
