Ingredients

1tub (8 oz.)COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

1HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.)

Instructions

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended. Stir in whipped topping.

Spoon into crust.

Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

Ingredients

1-1/2cupseach chopped onions, celery and carrots

2cupsfrozen peas, thawed

1/2cup(1/2 of 8-oz. tub)PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread

1pkg.(6 oz.)STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

3/4cuphotwater

2eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

Combine chicken, broth, onions, celery and carrots in slow cooker; cover with lid.

Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 3-1/2 hours).

Add peas and cream cheese spread; stir until well blended. Mix stuffing mix, water and eggs until well blended. Drop stuffing mixture, 2 heaping tablespoonfuls at a time, onto chicken mixture in slow cooker. Cook, covered, on HIGH 30 min. Gently turn over dumplings. Cook, covered, an additional 15 min.

1squareBAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, grated


Instructions

Cover bottom of 8-inch spring form pan with some of the ladyfinger halves; arrange remaining ladyfingers, cut-ends down, around side of pan.

Blend 1/2 cup milk and reduced-fat cream cheese in blender until smooth. Dissolve coffee granules in hot water. Add to blender along with brandy and remaining milk. Add dry pudding mix; blend well. Pour into large bowl. Stir in COOL WHIP with whisk; spoon into prepared pan.

Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Remove rim of pan. Sprinkle dessert with chocolate.

Ingredients

5 squaresBAKER’S Bittersweet Chocolate, divided

4oz.(1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.)PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

1jar(7 oz.)JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme, divided

1pkg.(3.9 oz.)JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

1cupmilk

1OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

1cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Instructions

Microwave 4 chocolate squares in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until melted, stirring after 1 min. Add cream cheese, 1/2 of marshmallow creme, dry pudding mix and milk; beat with mixer until well blended. Spoon into crust.

Beat remaining marshmallow creme and COOL WHIP in separate bowl until well blended. Spread over chocolate layer in crust.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Use remaining chocolate square to make chocolate curls; arrange on pie.

Ingredients

20 OREO Cookies, crushed (about 2 cups)
3 Tbsp. Butter, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup BREAKSTONE’S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
6 squares BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
4 Eggs
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling

Instructions

PREHEAT oven to 325ºF. Line 13×9-inch baking pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press firmly onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 min.

BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream and chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.

BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Lift cheesecake from pan, using foil handles. Top with whipped topping and pie filling. Store any leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

Creamy Lemon Gemelli

Venture out from the traditional shaped pastas and grab a box of Gemelli to prepare our Creamy Lemon Gemelli to jazz up pasta night.  If you can not find Gemelli pasta at your local grocery store, prepare using your favorite small shaped pasta, such as Rotini.

Ingredients

4 cups Gemelli pasta, uncooked
2 Tbsp. Butter
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup Whole milk
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 Tbsp. Lemon zest
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

COOK pasta as directed on package; drain.

MEANWHILE, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add cream cheese and milk; stir 2 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. Stir in 2 Tbsp. Parmesan.

ADD pasta to sauce with zest; stir until evenly coated. Top with pepper and remaining Parmesan.

Frozen S’more Pops

It’s a hot summer day and you want to make frozen pops, but not the traditional frozen treats.  Give these Frozen S’more Pops a try for a unique frozen dessert that will “wow” everyone.  You can enjoy this frozen treat as an ice cream sandwich or you can insert wooden pop stick into the end of each frozen bar just before serving.

Ingredients

4 squares BAKER’S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
2/3 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1-1/4 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
9 NABISCO Grahams, broken in half (18 squares)

Instructions

MIX melted chocolate and condensed milk; set aside. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended. Stir in COOL WHIP and marshmallows.

SPREAD bottoms of graham squares with chocolate mixture. Place 9 squares, chocolate-sides up, in 9-inch square pan. Cover with pudding mixture and remaining graham squares, chocolate-sides down. Freeze 4 hours.

REMOVE dessert from freezer 5 min. before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften slightly. Use serrated knife to cut dessert into 18 bars, following lines in top crackers.

“Margarita” Dip

1/4 cup  Frozen limeade concentrate, partially thawed
2 Tbsp. Orange juice
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Instructions

BEAT cream cheese, limeade concentrate and orange juice in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping; cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour.

SERVE with cut-up fresh fruit and NILLA Wafers.
