This 5 star cheesecake is one of the most popular cheesecakes I’ve come across yet! I don’t know if it’s because of the simple 3-step recipe, or its creamy and rich taste. Either way, it’s win-win!
| 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened |
| 1/2 cup sugar |
| 1/2 tsp. vanilla |
| 2 eggs |
| 1 HONEY MAID Graham Pie Crust (6 oz.) |

| BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended. |
| POUR into crust. |
| BAKE 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours. |
