DESCRIPTION OF SWEEPSTAKES Entrants will have the opportunity to win one (1) free coupon for PHILADELPHIA Minis. Entrants must be a follower of @LoveMyPhilly on twitter.com and must submit their entry via a tweet including the “#PHILLYMiniBRK” hashtag.
ELIGIBILITY: The PHILADELPHIA Minis sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), who are 18 years of age or older as of June 15, 2010 . Employees of Kraft Foods Global, Inc., (Sponsor) and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) persons living in the same households, and the families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO ENTER: Beginning July 13, 2010 through August 31, 2010, visit www.twitter.com/LoveMyPhilly and become a follower. Respond to the #PHILLYMiniBRK Snack Contest tweet for a chance to win a free coupon.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
WINNERS PRIZE SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: This is a random draw sweepstakes. Five winners will be selected at random. Prize notification will be completed within 24 hours of the close of the sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified via private, direct message on the @LoveMyPhilly page on Twitter.com and asked to provide their name and mailing address. Winners have 48 hours to respond or forfeit the prize. Winners confirm acceptance of the prize by providing their name and mailing address. If any winner notification remains unanswered for more than forty-eight (48) hours, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety to an alternate; in the order their names were drawn. Weekly winners will be announced via a tweet to all @LoveMyPhilly Twitter followers. The prize is not transferable; no prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed except as may be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Limit one entry per day per person/twitter address.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARVs): Forty (40) Grand Prizes (5 per week): Free coupon for PHILADELPHIA Minis valued at $2.29. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $91.60. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen coupons. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. All entries are the property of Sponsor and are not returnable. The laws of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules, will govern these Terms. Any action relating to this sweepstakes shall be initiated only in the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois (USA).
