Posted on 2009 under Main Dish | No CommentContinuing with our Gold Medal Recipe Week, here is one very tasty (as well as quick and easy) Spinach and Pork Tenderloin Pasta Toss. This main dish earned it’s Gold Medal by having delicious Rotini pasta, succulent pork tenderloin, and fresh baby spinach, all mixed in with award-winning PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese! It’s apparent, that you, like the Philly Cream Cheese used in the recipe, have great taste!

| Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 25 min Makes: Makes 4 servings. |

| COOK pasta as directed on package; keep warm. Lightly spray large skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 5 to 7 min. or until softened. Add cream cheese, broth, mustard and pepper; cook until heated through. |
| ADD pork; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 10 to 12 min. or until pork is cooked through. |
| DRAIN pasta. Immediately add to skillet along with spinach. Toss until spinach is wilted. Serve topped with cheese. |
