So how do you top a 5-Star Entrée? Easy, with a 5-Star Dessert! Keep your parties going with this great pick-me-up dessert that is sure to please your palette. The Coffee Mousse looks like a dessert you would get at a 5-Star Restaurant, but there’s no need for all that when you can get great 5-Star results at home! Try this out and you’ll see why so many users voted this as a Gold Medal recipe.
| 8 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, coarsely chopped |
| 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee |
| 1 tsp. hot water |
| 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened |
| 2/3 cup canned sweetened condensed milk |
| 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping |
| 1/3 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows |
| 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon |

| DIVIDE cookies evenly among 8 individual dessert dishes; set aside. Dissolve coffee in hot water; set aside. |
| BEAT cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add condensed milk, beating until well blended after each addition. Add coffee; mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping. |
| SPOON evenly into prepared dessert dishes; sprinkle with marshmallows and cinnamon. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator. |
