
Here’s a different variation to the infamous Crab Dip. This RITZ Cheesy-Crab Topper makes it even more convenient to entertain because your guests can enjoy the splendid cheesy crab and cracker combination all in one bite! No scooping or dipping necessary!

Ingredients
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE’S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
3 drops hot pepper sauce
48 RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers
Instructions
MIX all ingredients except crackers; cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour.
SPOON about 1 tsp. of the crabmeat mixture onto each cracker just before serving.

I haven’t tried any of the recipes that are on here yet(don’t worry I will shortly), but after looking over them – there’s nothing that I can’t imagine not being good. In fact, the recipes over this way are so delicious sounding that it seems almost like a sin. I think I have a new favorite site!
