Make this Shrimp-In-Love Pasta for you and your special one.  With these simple ingredients, you can have your main dish ready in less than 30 minutes!  A date night recipe that’s ready in only 30 minutes?  Not only is it possible, it’s also delicious!

A few important things to remember about safely thawing shrimp: thaw frozen shrimp in the refrigerator, not at room temperature! You can also, place the sealed package in a bowl of cold water and change the water every 10 minutes until the shrimp are completely thawed.

Ingredients

1/4 lb. linguine, uncooked 
1 cup uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp 
2 tomatoes, chopped 
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread 
1-1/2 cups torn fresh spinach 
 
Instructions

COOK pasta as directed on package. 

MEANWHILE, heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp, tomatoes and cream cheese spread; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp are done and mixture is well blended. 

DRAIN pasta; place in large bowl. Add spinach; mix lightly. Stir in shrimp mixture.
