Great Philadelphia Cream Cheese Recipes

One of my favorite ice cream flavors is strawberry cheesecake. The little chunks of cheesecake blended in the ice cream are just divine! Because of their versatility, these Strawberry Cheesecake Squares remind me of the ice cream. If you’re in the mood for a frozen treat, all you do is simply prepare as directed, then freeze for 3 hours and finally, remove from the freezer about 15 minutes before serving to soften slightly. To freeze or not to freeze? It’s completely up to you!
