Honestly, one of the first times I’ve had stuffed chilies was a few weeks ago. Turns out, I’ve been missing out! Wish I found out about these sooner! Every bite has a little spiciness, great texture from the cheeses, and a whole lot of flavor! Just the way I like it!

Makes: 8 servings, 2 chiles each

Nutritional Information

Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
16 large poblano chiles or ancho chiles, roasted, peeled and seeded
4 cups red chile sauce

Instructions
MIX cream cheese and shredded cheeses.
STUFF chiles with cheese mixture.
FRY or bake as directed in your favorite stuffed chiles recipe. Serve with your favorite red chile sauce.
