If you were trapped on a deserted tropical island, what would you think you’d eat when the sun rises? Probably not this delicious Tropical Breakfast Bruschetta… I don’t think you’ll find loaves of pound cakes hanging from coconut trees, but if you do, this would be an awesome way to start off your day in the tropics. Make this bruschetta to begin your adventurous day wherever you are!

Ingredients

1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 medium mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 loaf (10.75 oz.) prepared pound cake (baked), cut into 16 (1/2-inch-thick) slices, toasted
1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

Instructions
TOSS fruit in small bowl.
SPREAD cake slices evenly with cream cheese spread, using about 1-1/2 tsp. of the cream cheese spread on each slice. Top each with about 2-1/2 Tbsp. of the fruit mixture.
SERVE immediately.
