The weather lately has been really great for a nice hike. What I love most about hiking is that you get a really great workout and it also gives you an excuse to make a wrap or sandwich to take along with you on the trip. This Tuscan Turkey Wrap is a great idea to take on any trip since it’s simple to make and easy to stash in your bag. It’s got a little bit of crunch, some yummy meat, and a lot of taste!
| 2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch) |
| 2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese (tub) |
| 12 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Oven Roasted Turkey Breast |
| 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumbers |
| 1 carrot, shredded |
| 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend |
| 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing and Marinade |

| SPREAD tortillas with reduced-fat cream cheese. |
| TOP with remaining ingredients; roll up. |
